At Kiwi Mountain Furniture we re-purpose old skis and snow boards, which would otherwise end up in landfill, into quality hand crafted furniture. From classic Adirondack ski chairs to snowboard benches and tables, our furniture is perfect for porches and decks but would also look great indoors as a statement piece. The chair and bench seats and backs are constructed with recycled skis and snowboards which are cleaned up but still retain the markings of a well used piece of sporting equipment that has been used in one of the harshest environments on the planet, whilst side and back supports are made with wood pine which is sealed with exterior oil. Each piece is different depending on the skis and snowboards we have in stock and can be made in adult or child sizes. If your looking for something more personal we can even build you a special chair or bench incorporating your own old skis or snowboards.
